Q1:Do you provide samples? How do you charge for the samples ?

A1: As flooring supplier, we are willing to supply FREE samples to our customers, please just tell us the specifications that you need.

Q2: What is your payment terms ?

A2: Generally,30% T/T deposit before production, 70% T/T balance before loading the container. While it could be further negotiated.

Q3: What is your MOQ ?

A3: Generally, our MOQ is 1000 SQM/ print film. While it's negotiable, if it's our stock print film, MOQ could be 500 SQM/ print film.

Q4: What is your delivery term and lead time ?

A4: Generally, it is 30 days after order confirmed and deposit received. (Note: different products may have different delivery time)
